Gina Maria Vettori, born in the Province of Lucca, Tuscany, Italy on May 10, 1901, died in a Puyallup hospital, January 2, 2000.
Gina, her husband Silvio and her oldest son Aldo immigrated to the United States in 1930, and after brief stays in New York City and Chicago, the family settled in Tacoma.
Gina's husband Silvio died in 1962. Gina is survived by her sons, Aldo and wife Dorothy of Bellevue, James and wife Leta of Olympia, and her daughter Norma of the home in Tacoma.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, January 7, 2000, 11:00 am, St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements by Gaffney Cassedy Allen and Buckley King Funeral Home.
