Although many official documents have him listed as "Edward", his first name was indeed Edwin. Generally he just went by "Burt" ("GrandBurt" to the grandkids and great-grandkids.) He had a barbershop in Colorado (City), Texas, and was well-loved by all who knew him. He was kind, generous, had a tender heart and a strong but quiet faith.
