Mrs. Elizabeth Bahr
Mrs. Frank (Elizabeth) Bahr, 76, of 2327 Jackson Street, died Wednesday, August 24, in a LaCrosse hospital.
She was born, September 10, 1900, in the town of Shelby, to Mr. and Mrs. Casper Schmitz. She was a member of the Altar Society of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
Survivors are her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Franklin H. (Dorothy) Pierce and Mrs. Franklin ( Lorraine) Keil, both of LaCrosse, and Janice "Betty" Bahr of Champaign, Illinois, 10 granchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Josephine Moucka of Chetek.
She was preceded in death by a daugher, a grandson, two brothers, and a sister.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in the South Side Blaschke Funeral Home, and at 10:30 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Msgr. Anthony P. Wagener officiating. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A rosary will be at 8 p.m.
