She died on a Monday at the age of 89. She was the daughter of Otto R. Zeasman and Gladys (Andrews) Zeasman in Madison. Her father was a UW Professor. She was a graduate of West High School in Madison. Helen enjoyed gardening, crafts, cross-stitch, sewing, bridge and was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend to so many she touched. She was a member of the 40 et 8 Auxiliary when she met her husband George. They married on February 18, 1956. She was a member of All Saints Lutheran Church, Cub Scout Den Mother, and volunteer parent with the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps. She is survived by her brothers, Ira, and James, her sister, Mary; a sister-in-law, Joanne Zeasman; two sons, Douglas Tholo, and Gregory Tholo; a daughter, Diana Klang; five grandchildren, Cori, Parrin, Connor, Daniel and Debora; and three great-grandchildren, Emily, Jessica and Jacob. She was preceded in death by her husband, George, who died in 2003; her parents; and brothers, John and Donald Zeasman.
