John Bahr
John Bahr, 70, of 1433 Johnson Street died Wednesday at a LaCrosse hospital. He was a retired farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Emma; three sons, Edward and Joseph, LaCrosse, and Dr. H. F. Bahr, Viroqua; one daughter, Mrs. R. W. (Rose) Hansen, Bangor; three brothers, William, LaCrosse, and George and Frank, both of St. Joseph's Ridge; two sisters, Mrs. Louis (Emma) Servais and Mrs. William (Emily) Jungen; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 9:45 a.m. Saturday at the Blaschke Funeral Home and at 10:15 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Victor J. Piecity will officate. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery.
Rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Friends may call there Friday afternoon and evening.
