Arthur Earl Warren, 87, formerly of Sonora, and Glendale, passed away Monday February 2, 2009 at Rockford Manor N.H. in Louisville.
He was a farmer and electrician, a 61 year member of Electrical Union Local IBEW # 369, a 32nd degree masonic manson Upton Lodge 749 A&FM for 53 years, WWII Arm Veteran, Purple Heart Recipient.
He was preceded in death by his parents Richard Jackson and Ada Bell Warren, two brothers Vernon Warren, Oscar Warren, and one sister Elva Walters.
He is survived by
Wife, Rose Cook Warren of Elizabethtown, KY.
Son, Larry Warren of Lexington, KY.
Services will be held Wednesday 2/4/2009 3:00 PM at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, KY with Rev. Elbert Peters officiating. Burial will be at the Sonora Cemetery.
Visitation will begin Wednesday 2/4/2009 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
