TOLUCA - Audrey J. Bond, 74, of Toluca, formerly of LaRose, died at 4:13 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 24, 2003, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Born May 20, 1929, in Blue Ridge, Hallock Township, to Rupert and Florence Miller Nurse, she married Thomas W. Bond on Aug. 7, 1949, in Chillicothe. He died Aug. 4, 1994.
Surviving are one daughter, Barbara (and Jerry) Faw of Toluca; one grandson; one sister, Mary (and Robert) Meyer of Hopewell Estates in rural Sparland; and a nephew whom she raised, Michael Bond of Washington.
She was a member of Crow Meadow United Presbyterian Church in LaRose and its Ladies Aide.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at her church, where visitation will be one hour before. The Rev. Mary Babcock will officiate. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Cemetery in rural Chillicothe. Arrangements are by Calvert & Froelich Memorial Home in Toluca.
