Dorothy Howard Carmack, 76, of Van Buren died Friday, March 11, 1994 at a local hospital.
She was a retired employee of Palace Drug Store and a member of United Methodist Women and Heritage United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the choir.
She was survived by three daughters, Lou Ann Dommert of Barling, Kathy Sue Lahren and Sally Jo Rogers, both of Van Buren; a sister Martha Jones of Van Buren; a brother Bob Jim Howard of Covina, California; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held in Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with burial at Gracelawn.
