I have Lulu's parents as William F Hackney and Flora Anderson Hackney based on census information as well as a bio about her husband Robert Algie. I have attached a snippet below. William & Flora Hackney are also buried at Washington Cemetery. Laura Kerth

Her mother is still living at Washington and her father, deceased, was for many years in the real estate business.
