Born in Dongola in 1881, Mr Casper was the son of Mr. & Mrs. Adam Casper.
Mr Casper was a retired painter for the Illinois Central Railroad. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Dongola.
He leaves his wife Ivo, Dongola; one son Wesley Casper, Mounds; two daughters Mrs. Gladys dale and Mrs. Alma Huston, both of Dongola; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Ford Funeral Home, Dongola. Rev Clayton Hunphery will officiate.
Burial will be in the American Legion Cemetery of Dongola. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
