Lisa Ann Fowers was born June 4, 1967 in Ogden, Weber, Utah to Preston D. and Erma Aeschlimann Fowers. Se was a lifelong resident of Hooper. She attended Hooper Elementary School. She was a student at Roy High School. She was a member of the National Honor Society and the Roy High School LDS Seminary. From 1979 to 1981 she was a member of the Sandsations Singers at Sand Ridge Junior High School in Roy.
She was an active member of the Hooper 3rd LDS Ward. She was a member of the Weber County 4-H Horsemanship Club and a member of the Purple Sage 4-Club in Hooper. She was only 15 when she died of injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
