The only daughter of John & Sophia Stanton. Known as Fannie to her family. Lived her entire life in Georgetown. Married C. Edward Potter in July of 1896. She was the mother of 3, (Carmel) Louise, Eugene (Stanton) &(John) Edward. Fannie died at age 41 from breast cancer at the home of her half sister Katie Hurney. Fannie is seated on the left of the photo. Her mother Sophia (Grandma Gallagher) is seated on the right. Edward stands between his mother & grandmother. In back are Eugene (Brother) and Louise.
