From the North Branch Review (Friday December 1, 1905) -
Gust Edstrom, aged 27 years, son of Mr. & Mrs. August Edstrom died Sunday of typhoid fever, after an illness of several weeks. The funeral was held Monday from the Lutheran church, Revs. J. E. Linner and S. L. Parish officiating.
Interment was made in the Lutheran cemetery. His brother
Frank died just seven weeks before of the same disease.
Four brothers, Charles, Emil, Albert and Otto, and two sisters, Alida and Mrs. Oscar Berggren, survive the young man.
