Mrs. Edward C. Fitzgerald
The death of Mrs. Bertha L. Fitzgerald, wife of Edward C. Fitzgerald, occurred yesterday morning at 11 o'clock at her home in Sanatoga. A native of Birchrunville, she formerly resided at Lansdale. Death followed an illness of several years with a complication of ailments.
Mrs. Fitzgerald was a daughter of the late Cyrus and Lydia Hipple of Birchrunville. She had resided in Lansdale for 20 years before moving to Sanatoga a year ago. Her husband and son, Wilmer H. Porter, of Pottstown, survive.
The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the funeral home at 331 New Street, Spring City. Burial will be in St. Matthew's Reformed Cemetery.
