Mrs. Clyde Leona (Smith), age 64, died July 4, 1984 at home after a long illness of cancer. She was born Jan. 1, 1920 in Remlig, Sabine Co., TX, moved to Okla. as an infant, lived in El Reno OK during adolescence and married J.T. Combs Aug. 1935. They moved to OKC in early 1940's, and to MWC in 1947. They resided in Del City since Nov. 1958.

She is survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. Bill (Mary) Fryrear of MWC, Louise Combs of Del City, and Mrs. J.R. (Gayle) Hudson of Guthrie; 4 grandsons, Steven Palmer of Austin TX, Ronald Palmer and Colin Palmer, both of MWC, Johnny Hudson of Guthrie; 2 great-grandsons, a great-granddaughter; 3 sisters, Mrs. Miller (Mildred) May II and Mrs. Bill (Jo Ruth) Bradley, both of Greenwood LA, Ms. Dorothy Smith-Forner of Houston TX; numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Funeral Home, Monday July 9, 10am. Burial in Sunny Lane Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband in May 1984.
