Service was held last Saturday at the Chaney Chapel for Virginia Lou Alberson, five months, of 500 East Polk. Rev. A. W. Hancock officiated. Burial was in Double Springs cemetery under the direction of Chaney's chapel. She was the infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Alberson. She died suddenly Dec. 28 in a local hospital. Survivors are the parents, grandfather, Edmond Alberson; brother, Monte Ray Alberson; sisters, Victoria Alberson, Jackie Sue Francis and Margaret Francis. Bearers were Delois Garvin, Calvin Carney, John Wallen and Calvin Green.
