Margaret C. Coward, 87, of Victoria, and formerly of Seadrift, died Wednesday, May 3, 2000.
She was born June 28, 1912, in Bloomington, to the late John W. and Mary Rose Skarda Hall. She was a homemaker and was employed by Seadrift schools for 10 years. She was a member of First Methodist Church of Seadrift.
Survivors: daughters, Norma Shelton of Austin and Earlene Angell of Victoria; sister, Dorothy Menger of Port Riley, Florida; brother, Arthur W. Hall of Victoria; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: husband, Earl S. Coward; parents; brother, Harold E. Hall.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Richardson Funeral Home chapel.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the First United Methodist Church of Seadrift, the Revs. Janna Sandidge and Jim Furr officiating.
Burial will be at Seadrift Cemetery. Richardson Funeral Home, Port Lavaca, (361) 552-2988.
