Mrs. Jacqueline Gayle (Jackie) DeMeyer, age 73 of Gainesville, MO died Saturday, April 18, 2009 at her home. Jackie was born May 5, 1935 in Waterloo, Iowa to Robert E. and Gayle E. (Marshall) Camp. She married R. Warren DeMeyer in Mauston, WI on August 29, 1978. Jackie owned and operated "B.J.'s Place Antiques and Collectibles" in Hardenville for several years.

Jackie is survived locally by her husband, Warren, of the home, 2 daughters: Marianne Mooney of Wasola, MO and Martha (Bruce) Webb of Hardenville; 4 grandchildren: Walker Byrd, Adam Ford, Sara Ford, and Hunter Webb; an aunt, Blanche James and a cousin, David James, both of Mountain Home. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A graveside service will be held at the Garden of Memories in Waterloo, Iowa at 10:00 AM Wednesday. A memorial service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, April 25, 2009 at Lilly Ridge General Baptist Church in Gainesville Missouri, with Rev. Jeff Dotson officiating. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Riverways Hospice, 114 East Main, West Plains, MO 65775.
