Eugenia was the sixth of ten children born to James Miles and Sophia Emily (Stockton) Moose. She married Charles Christmas Burrow Sr. in 1882 and they had eight children: Hance Wesley Sr., Allie, Linnie Moose, Frances Elizabeth, Emma Gene, Mary Fletcher, Lula Doyle and Mabel Louise.

Dies At Morrilton

Morrilton, May 30 - Mrs. C. C. Burrow, aged 80, daughter of the late James Miles Moose, one of the founders of Morrilton, died at a hospital here at 3 a.m. today. She was the widow of C. C. Burrow, Morrilton and Little Rock cotton buyer, who died in Little Rock in 1926.
She was born in Texas, where her parents had moved after Lewisburg was occupied by federal troops on January 28, 1864.
Mrs. Burrow was active in the Woman's Missionary Society of the First Methodist church for many years. She was president of the Robert Dowdle Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy here and was a member of the Arkansas Pioneer Society, Little Rock.
Funeral services will be held at her home at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. H. M. Lewis of Batesville and the Rev. R. E. Connel of Morrilton. Surviving are a son, Hance W. Burrow of Morrilton; three daughters, Mrs. Joe Byrd of Tulsa, Mrs. Tom McLean of Malvern, and Mrs. C. N. Rainwater of Little Rock; a sister, Mrs. Ann Blakeney of Little Rock and a brother, J. S. Moose of Morrilton.
