A devoted husband and father and a resident of Walker, he passed away at 8:40 p.m. Sunday, April 6, 2008, in Baton Rouge. He was 48, an electrician, avid fisherman and hunter and enjoyed sports and hanging out with his puppy, "Chevy." Visitation at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Tuesday, April 8, was from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation resumes at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until funeral service in the chapel at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Frank Manguno. Burial in Evergreen Memorial Park. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Achord Albritton; daughters, Maegen LeeAnn Albritton, and her fiancé, Timothy Aucoin, and Misty Lea Albritton, and her fiancé, Robert Ballard; father and stepmother, Willis and Patty Albritton; sisters, Kim Martin, Karen Starkey, Kathy Hebert, Kristie Oakes, Karla Sziber and Leslie Albritton; brother, Barry Wayne Albritton; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, JoAnn and Sonny Achord. Preceded in death by his mother, Omalee Erwin Albritton; sister, Kindra Albritton Brooks; maternal grandparents, Robert and Eula Erwin; and paternal grandparents, the Rev. J.C. and Addie Albritton. Pallbearers will be Greg Wascom, Lonnie Watts, Charles Efferson, Stacy Duplessie, Daryl Ellis, Trampus Sibley, Chuck Mercer and Bill Martin. Honorary pallbearers are Brent Holland, Wade Duplessie and Wayne DeGraw.
