He was my "Daddy Billie" he and his wife was my foster parents and loved me just as much as their own children. He was always outside doing "something", or riding his motorcycle when he could. He died from complications of cancer at his home. He did serve in the military when he was younger. He had 2 sons and 3 daughters by blood-birth and helped raise his neice, and then for a few years helped to care for me. His memory will be forever be with me, and especially since my son was born on his birthday.
