Mrs. Katherine Bornefeld, 71 died at Memorial hospital Monday after having been admitted there the day before.
Nee Katherine Jugenheimer, she was born April 21, 1885 in the town of Rhine, the daughter of Peter and Marie Jugenheimer. She attended the district school and was married to Julius Bornefeld of Kiel, November 11, 1908. They resided in Kiel for a time before moving to Plymouth, and in 1929 they moved to Milwaukee. After the death of her husband there in 1950 she returned to Kiel to make her home. She was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical and Reformed church at Kiel, the Frauenverein of the church and the Royal Neighbor camp No. 2502.
The only survivor is a brother, Henry of Kiel. Two sisters and four brothers preceded her in death.
