Passed away at home surrounded by family. Preceded in death by daughter Melissa. Survived by wife Cindy; sons Andrew (Kelly) Minikus, Michael Dodd; granddaughter Emilynn. Also survived by mother Alma; sisters, Susan, Sally, and Sandy, Greencastle, IN; special friends Dick and Barb McCormick and his cat Shaddow.
Memorial Service Thursday, 11am at First Baptist Church, Council Bluffs, IA. CHAPEL OF MEMORIES, 4645 Dodge St, Omaha, NE 551-1011

He was cremated, and will be interred at a later date.
