He was born Feb. 10, 1918 at Chicago to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hlousek. He was married Feb. 2, 1947 at Crown Point, Ind., to Mabel Madison.
Mr. Hlousek was a retired steel roller at A.O. Smith.
Surviving are his wife; his mother, Anna Hlousek of Lowell, Ind.; three brothers, Norman of Cicero, Ervin of Streamwood and Edward of Maine; two nieces and two nephews.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Canady-Boos Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ira Allen officiating. Burial will be in Shrontz Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral chapel.
