Robert served in the Sea Bees-Construction Batallion and was a Chief Water Tender for the US Navy. He was @ Pearl Harbor when it was attacked. He was a pile driver for Raymond Concrete Pile Company in Oakland CA and helped build the Oakland Coliseum. He married Sylvia C. Silva Taylor 4-25-1945 in Carson City, NV. They had three children, Roberta Dolores, Claire Louise and William Anthony. Wonderful man, died much too young, is greatly missed.
