Herman Eichmeier
Herman Eichmeier, 76, of 19 W. Washington St., Chilton, died at his home Saturday morning of an apparent heart attack.
He was born in the Town of Charlestown, Sept. 4, 1896, a son of the late Frederick and Tina Sonnabend Eichmeier. On June 19, 1920 he married Margaret Joas at Chilton. The couple farmed in the Town of Chilton until 1962 when they retired and moved to Chilton.
Survivors are his widow; two sons, Norbert of R. 1 Hilbert and Elmer (Bud) of R. 1, Greenleaf; two daughters, Mrs. Marion (Loretta) Mason of Wausaukee and Mrs. Arthur (Luella) Snortum of Appleton; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Della Schafer of R. 4, Chilton and Mrs. Violet Ranguette of Milwaukee.
