Surviving are her mother, Lucille Cox of Bedford; one daughter, Becky Hedge of Bedford; two sons, Scott Spinks of Williams, IN, and Brian Spinks of Bedford; three granddaughters and one great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her father, one brother, and one sister.
She was retired from Dunn Hospital where she was a nurse's aide for 25 years. She attended Englewood Baptist Church.
Services for Frances P. Spinks will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 30, at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Connerly Switch Cemetery in Huron, IN.
