Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Fourth and Bedford Church of Christ with Kevin Schwiger officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Colonial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Washington was born April 28, 1945, to Mr. and Mrs. Willie Brightmon. She married E.L. Washington on March 20, 1965, in Lubbock.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Darrell and Prentiss Washington, both of Amarillo; three daughters, Tammie Washington of Grand Prairie, Kimberly Vasquez of Amarillo and Priscilla Washington of Hereford; three brothers, Alfred and Ricky Brightmon, both of California, and Robert Brightmon of Lubbock; two sisters, Brenda Mayes of Houston and Mary Ann Black of Copperas Cove; and five grandchildren.
