Services for Jewell Rowell, 90, of Lubbock will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Abbey Chapel of Resthaven Funeral Home with the Rev. John Donnerberg officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
She died Thursday, Oct. 7, 1999, at Lubbock Hospitality House.
She was born Jan. 23, 1909, in Shawnee, Okla. She married Loyd L. Rowell on Jan. 2, 1930, in Clovis, N.M. She was a homemaker and had been a resident of Lubbock since 1936. She was a member of First Nazarene Church. She was a Sunday school teacher.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Gilbert Rowell of Lubbock; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
