At Adams Center, N. Y., July 5th, 1873, Mrs. Lois Coates, aged 63 years and 1 month. She had long been a faithful member of the Adams Church. The last weeks of her illness she suffered a great deal, and often expressed a desire to go home and be at rest. "The Lord redeemeth the sour of his servants." Ps. 34; 22.
