Lucy Fredricka Phillips Butterfield, age 94, died January 16, 1993 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born March 11, 1898 in Salt Lake City, Utah, a daughter of Alfred William and Lucy Caroline Bullock Phillips. Married Franklin Abel Butterfield, November 21, 1917 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; he preceded her in death November 2, 1963. Active member of LDS Church.

Survived by three sons and three daughters, Alfred and wife, Jo Butterfield, Heber; Mrs. Joseph (Lucy) Medek, West Valley City; Mrs. Dean (Pearl) Levie, Oregon; Dean and wife, Margaret Butterfield, Taylorsville; Mrs. Ernest (Fay) Wetzel, Oregon; Stephen Butterfield, Salt Lake City; 30 grandchildren; 91 great-grandchildren; 39 great great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, 12 noon, Granite Park Ward, 3217 South 300 East. Friends may call Wednesday 6 to 8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, and Thursday at the church, one hour prior to services. Interment: Murray City Cemetery.
