Elsie Wayne Latham was the son of Thomas Elijah and Mary Louella Richards Latham. He was born in October 16,1908 and died while riding a motorcycle May 25, 1934. Elsie was married to Effie Davis Latham and had 2 children to this union. Eva Lee Latham who died at 3 years of age, and Wayne Evelyn Latham who married Homer Mathis and lived her adult life in Centralia Illinois.
