Infant daughter of Daniel and Chloe Wilson Spencer. She was a twin to Orson Spencer.

According to a family story by Aurelia Spencer Rogers (daughter of Orson Spencer), Alvira was smothered to death when a nurse/caretaker fell asleep with her and rolled over the infant.
