I never had the chance to meet him,but the stories my grandma tells of her father are that he was quite the prankster and had a great sense of humor.Known as Chas and Charlie to his friends. In his youth he was blonde haired, blue eyed and had the mouth of a sailor.I sure bet he was alot of fun!!
