Survived by son, Phillip Smith; granddaughters, Wendy Jewell (Kyle) Reid, Patricia Skye Smith; great-grandson, Colton Reid; sister, Nellie Jackson. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday at Hermitage Funeral Home, with Bro. Don Loftis officiating. Interment will be at Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Family will serve as Pallbearers.
