Johnnie Martin Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Jones, was born March 26, 1919 at Sperry, Oklahoma and died on August 22, 1946 at Tulsa, Oklahoma, aged 27 years, 4 months and 27 days.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Crystal Jones and two children, Columbus Lee and Eva Joann, of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Jones of Haskell; three brothers, S/Sgt. George Jones of Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Oda Jones of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Fred Jones of Haskell, Oklahoma; four sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Ireland of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mrs. Maude Rowland of Coweta, Oklahoma, Mrs. Adra Reck of Claremore and Mrs. Mildred Reck of Talala, Oklahoma. Also 29 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held in Wagoner at the Pentacostal Church with burial in the Wagoner Cemetery.
