Salina-George Randolph Frandsen, 73 died in a Salina Hospital of a heart ailment Sunday at 7 p.m.

Mr. Frandson was born in Elsinore, Sept. 30, 1877, a son of Larse and Minnie Burtleson Frandsen. He received his education in the Elsinore Elementary School.

He married Ida Floy Anderson in 1903 in Richfield, the couple living in Elsinore for the next 10 years where Mr. Frandsen was engaged in mining. During the next 10 years the couple farmed in Widstoe, Garfield County. They moved to Salina in 1940 where they had lived since.

Survivors, beside the widow, are: five sons, Randolph, George, Larry,Keith and Lawrence, all of Panquitch; four daughters, Mrs. Ernest (Virginia) Arnhelm, New York; Mrs. David (Pearl) Ross, New York; Mrs. Claude (Ruby) Smith, Provo; and Mrs. William (Joan) Meacham, Glenwood; 21 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and one brother Engar Frandsen of Canada.
