Her sisters were: Anna Marie Burke Barry, Catherine Ethel Burke Glackin, Agnes Ceola Burke, and Winifred Rose Burke Poinsett. She married James Welsh and they had one daughter, Mary Welsh Manion. Etta's husband was the Postmaster in Cookstown, NJ, for many years. She is buried with her husband Jim Welsh, her daughter Mary Manion and son-in-law James Leon Manion.
