Mrs. Mary Land Renfroe, wife of C.P. Renfroe, one of Meridian's best beloved
women, died Tuesday at 5 a.m.
Other survivors are a son, Leon Renfroe, Meridian; a brother, J.H. Land,
Columbus; and two grandchildren, Jean and Harris Renfroe, Meridian.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. from the Webb Funeral Home
with Drs. Norman W. Cox, pastor of the First Baptist church and T.M. Brownlee of
Central Methodist church officiating. Burial will follow in Magnolia cemetery.
