Husband of Millie Jane Blackburn and Verna Elmer
Morris "Curly" Robbins, died January 28, 1997 of natural causes.
Born January 3, 1905 in Provo, Utah to George A. and Nellie Robbins. Married Millie J. Blackburn, she preceded him in death; also married Verna Elmer.
For many years he was a factory representative for Marquette Manufacturing Co. and Lincoln Engineer Co. During the 1940's he established and operated the Utahn Saddle Co., manufacturers of fine saddles and leather goods. He will be mostly remembered for "Curly's Fishing Lures".
Survivors: sisters, May Roebucks, Duchesne; sons, Alvin M,. Robbins, Keith E. Robbins, and Paul J. Robbins, all of Salt Lake City; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Jan. 31, 1997 at 2 p.m. at the Provo City Municipal Cemetery, under the direction of Heritage Funeral Services.
