LEBANON - Hazel M. Kauffman, 84, of Spang Crest Manor, died there Tuesday. She retired as a machine operator from Lebanon Dress and Robel Frock and was a member of Friedens Lutheran Church, Myerstown. She was the widow of Miles O. Kauffman. Surviving are a son, Roger of Myerstown; a stepbrother, Earl F. Kauffman of Myerstown; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in her church. Burial will be in New Union Cemetery, Myerstown. Viewing will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday in the church. Rohland Funeral Home, Lebanon, is handling arrangements.
