BIOGRAPHY: The Information about Eliza Jane's Full name and her Judd family background, comes from Mrs. Lena Judd, her daughter-in-law, who for 15 years, cared for Eliza begining in 1942 and through 1957, in the cities of Madera, Merced & Atwater, California. About 1957, she went to stay with Beulah Judd in Shawnee, Kansas City, Kansas, where less than two years later, she passed away in 1959.
Also other information was supplied by her daughter, Mabel Judd (who passed away a few years ago) but left much about her heritage in written form for the Judd family in Central CA.)
Eliza was buried in Maple Hill Cemetery, Shawnee, Kansas City, Kansas.
She was a Very Proud & Strict woman who quickly corrected anyone about her "full" name. "My name is Eliza Jane Clementine Bryan Judd" and she included her Maiden name Bryan when telling those who inquired!
The nickname "Lida" may also have been used, but this name must be from the last one or two years of her life, as Lena Judd is unaware of that name in their 15 years of living together, or possibly it was used in reference to Lena, by other family members, as the names "Lida", "Lena" are so close, and that is where Eliza lived.
.
Wm. H.Judd, resided with his wife Eliza Jane, in Highland twp., Oregon Co., Missouri, and about 1915 migrated to Inola, Rogers Co., (near Chelsea) Oklahoma where he died. Wm. Heman Judd, is buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Claremore, Rogers Co., Oklahoma, together with Alva Judd, Carrie Judd and Eugene Judd.

His widow, Eliza Jane moved to California in the early 1940's and lived with her son Calvin Judd, and daughter-in-law Lena (Hopkins) Judd, and their two daughter's Sharlott Leanette, And Susan Henriette until 1957, when she moved to Shawnee, Kansas, to be with her eldest daughter Beulah. There she passed away in 1959. She was buried in Maple Hill Cemetery, Shawnee, Kansas City, Kansas.
