Isaac McCullough was born August 11, 1846. He was the son of W.B. and Charlotte (Bedwell) McCoulugh. He and his mother resided at the Warren County Poor Farm until their deaths, Charlotte dying in 1903.
Isaac "Frank" died September 28, 1914 at the age of 68. He was preceded in death by all of his immediate family including his parents, five sisters and three brothers.

There is a stone with no inscription adjacent to Charlotte McCoulugh's [sic] stone. We believe it is her son's gravesite. Spellings vary among newspaper accounts, courthouse records, and name on stone.
