The funeral of Mr. Galloway Cheston, who died at his residence, No. 318 Madison Avenue on Wednesday, took place yesterday. The services , which were conducted at the residence, according to the Rites of the Orthodox Society of Friends, were very simple, in keeping with the character of the man. The procession proceeded to Loudon Park Cemetery. Mr. Cheston was predeceased by his wife, Margaret, daughter of James Carey , who died on January 7, 1874.
