Charles A Larkin, 57, 426 Cummings Ave, Superior, Wis, died Friday morning at a local hospital. He was born on May 30, 1881, in Black River Falls, Wis, to Linus and Addie (Wood) Larkin.

His early years were spent in Manchester township, Jackson Co and then by age 19, he had moved to Iron River, Wis along with his brother Archie. He then became an auto mechanic, moved to Superior, married Mary L Wagner and raised his family.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Loraine; a daughter, Frances Mae; a son Charles Kenneth, all of Superior; three sisters, Mrs Jennie Thiele, Superior, Mrs Grace Cole, South Range and Mrs Rose Olson, Brule; two brothers, Archie of California and Herbert of Oregon.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
