Co. E 2nd KY Calvary. Killed at the Battle of Augusta, Kentucky. According to the Adjutant General's Report, rank was 1st Lt. A Kentucky and Southern Hero and Patriot.Was a Confederate soldier and a Christian gentleman, he fell in the battle at Augusta, Kentucky, September 27, 1862.
