Thomas Lamb married (2) Dorothy Harbitle. "He afterwards married Dorothy Harbitle, a godly maid, a sister of our church.". As Dorothy Harbeetle, she was admitted to Roxbury church in 1638 or 1639; the marriage took place at Roxbury 16 July 1640.
They had four children: Caleb, Joshua, Mary Swan, & Abiel (posthumous).
She married (2) Roxbury 2 February 1651/2 Thomas Hawley.

The daughter of WILLIAM & ALIES HARBOTTLE/HARBITTLE, she married (1) Thomas Lamb on November 28, 1646 in Roxbury, Mass. and (2) THOMAS HAWLEY on February 6, 1652 in Roxbury, Mass.

Dorothy Harbottle (abt 1619-6/28/1699) married Thomas Lambe (1596-1646) on 7/16/1640, she was his second wife. The e was eventualy, dropped, changing the name to Lamb.

Her step children from Thomas and 1st wife Elizabeth Stebbin Lamb were: Thomas Lambe Jr (1/25/1624-12/21/1652), Susan Lambe (10/1/1626-), John Lambe (8/1//1628-9/28/1690), Samuel Lambe (8/2/1630), Abiel(6/1633-1649), Decline (8/1637-), and Benjamin (8/1639-8/1639 lived only a few hrs.) Lambe and his mother Elizabeth died with him.

Dorothy's children with Thomas were: Caleb (4/9/1641-1697), Joshua (b. 11/27/1642), Mary (bapt. 9/29/1644), and Abiel Lamb (1646-1710). She was pregnant with Abiel when Thomas died.

After Thomas passed away, Dorothy remarried to Thomas Hawley (-4/21/1676)and their children together, were Thomas Hawley, Elizabeth Hawley, and Dorothy Hawley.
