CARLISLE William L. Adams, 71, of 45 E. North St. died Sunday in Carlisle Hospital.
He was retired from Arnold Fuel Oil; an Army veteran of World War II; and a member of Carlisle VFW Post 477 and Eagles and Millville American Legion Post 564.
Surviving are his wife, Marian M. Gibb Adams; two sons, Donald E. of Carlisle and Gary W. of Mount Holly Springs; a daughter, Susan L. Clark of Mount Holly Springs; a stepson, Douglas L. Hall of Carlisle; three stepdaughters, Bonnie Hoffman, Charlotte Jakonas and Joyce Stchley, all of Carlisle; two brothers, Norm of Carlisle and George of Landisburg; nine grandchildren; 26 step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home. Burial will be in Kutz's Cemetery, Middlesex Twp.
