Funeral services for Donald Lee Buford, 33, were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Pentecostal Holiness Church. Officiating was Reverend Melvin Garrison and Reverend Vestor Taylor.
Born, January 21, 1938 at Hulbert, he was a carpenter and had lived most of his life near Wagoner and Hulbert. Survivors include his wife, Susie, two sons; Darrell and Willie; five daughters, Debbie Stevens and Diana, Sherrie, Radonna, and Tina, all of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Blake Buford of Wagoner; four brothers, Lloyd of Sterling, Colorado, Dalton of Hulbert, and J. B and Bobby both of Wagoner; three sisters, Mrs. Lena Johnson, Muskogee, Mrs. Dorothy Cantrell and Mrs. Laverne Dumond, both of Wagoner.
Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery directed by Mallett Funeral Home. Pallbearers included Johnny Mainard, Bill James, Albert Baker, Nathan Kott, Rex Biby, Les Stark and Estel Plumlee.
