She was born in Kingstree, S.C., and lived in Glynn County since 1922. She was a member of McKendree United Methodist Church of Brunswick and was choir director for many years. She received the Peace Maker Award for the church.

VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. today at Edo Miller & Sons Funeral Home, Brunswick.

FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Wednesday at McKendree United Methodist Church, burial in Palmetto Cemetery.
